[phpOpenTracker-User] simple_report only shows monthly statistics

Hi!

Since, I started using POT I never got the simple_report to show more than the
Monthly stats.
All the rest:

"Top Pages | Top Referers | Top Entry Pages | Top Exit Pages | Top Exit Targets
| Top Hosts
Top Operating Systems | Top User Agents | Top Search Engines | Top Search
Keywords "

are missing.

It seems very odd since I can find matches. E.g. I have at least one match where
"pot_visitors.operating_system_id == pot_operating_systems.data_id".

Any ideas?
