[phpOpenTracker-User] Can't find domain-database for the localizer plugin

Hi,

I have installed the phpOpneTracker Plugin "localizer". But no
city-informations are tracked. In the
"phpOpenTracker/LoggingEngine/plugins/localizer.php" I found this line:

var $localizerDB = '/var/lib/domains.db';
... but I don't know where to get this database from?!? It is not
installed on my linux-system.

Can you give me a clue where to get this database?
