[phpOpenTracker-User] Huge service load. Any case history?

I'm planning to install POT for a multisite network that averages 10 mil. page 
views per month and the number is growing fast.

Even with split_tables on, that would mean we are going to use very big 
tables.

Is there anybody that is (or has been in the past) using POT with such 
workload?

How do you think it would behave?
Do you think it suitable or should I search somewhere else?
