[phpOpenTracker-general] openTracker count much less than an other tool

Hello,

We installed phpOpenTracker at an Linux-PC with Apache 2.x and php 4.x .
We installed everything, as it is described in the Documentation.
The problem is that another tool provided by the Provider counted a lot
more PIs than phpOpenTracker. We didn't find any configuration- option
to configure the exact counting-times.
Do you have any hint for us ?
