[phpOpenTracker-general] search_engines plugin install help

Hello!

In looking over the documentation[1] for installing this
plugin the following is stated:

  Either copy the files from this distribution archive 
  to the respective directories of your phpOpenTracker
  installation directory, or, and this is the prefered 
  way, use the PEAR Installer

I'm unable to use PEAR on this server, and the term
"respective directories" is too vague. Eventually I plan to
dig around the code to figure it out but wanted to mention
something. Ideally the docs will have a "Plugin" section for
how to install plugins manually, and the directory structure
that's used.

BTW, the quoted docs also have this:

  4.) Add the following lines to your phpOpenTracker.ini
      file to configure the Search Engines plugin:

It's a .php file and not .ini
