[phpOpenTracker-general] Setting up JPGraph to work with phpOpenTracker

I am trying to set up JPGraph to work with phpOpenTracker and running 
the simple_report example.  When I click graph.php, I don't get 
anything.  I've already enabled GD support to show graphs in PHP and 
that works and I've setup JPGraph according to the instructions.  Is 
there anything else that I am missing?
