[phpOpenTracker-general] SOAP or XML-RPC?

Just stumbled across phpopentracker and it seems very well written.

Now, I consider to use with an Open Source CMS, Plone, that is not 
written in PHP. The question is if there is an easy way to integrate 
phpopentracker.

It is cool that you can use the image bug trick to pick up statistics 
from a non-PHP application.

But has anyone thought of a way to query the API from a non-PHP 
environment via SOAP, XML-RPC or similar?
