generating stats per domain is easy possible using the client_id
but IMHO there's no way out of the box to protect the reporting
per client_id with password because the reporting of every client
works with the same index.php in phpOpenTracker-root-dir

the client_id is set in line 58 of the index.php - it should be
possible to extend the code there, so the client_id is evaluated
from the given login/password, but the main problem is then to make
sure, that client_id isn't changed by the user in the query-string.
