AFAIR, this file is created in the system temp folder of your server.
Just take a look at /tmp - or where ever it's set by your php.ini - there
should be a temporary file at the runtime of the script which is that one
GraphViz is looking for.
I don't remember the whole solution of this problem, but the system temp
will be the right place to look for.
