Hey, remember back when sd said:

I am not sure what is causing this, but to fix it, you have to hand edit
the src/cmdline/Makefile and remove:

	/usr/X11R6/bin/imlib2-config: not found


Looks like /usr/X11R6/bin/imlib2-config --libs is broken.
