I tried telneting to 0.0.0.0 80 and 127.0.0.1 80 and neither would let me
connect.

I will try running pixory on another port and see if that helps, however,
that would not be a real solution, since I want it to run on 80.

maybe a naive question - but have you ever tried to connect to port 80 (e.g=

via telnet) directly - if there's something listening it should be possible=

to connect.
and have you tried to test if it work with another port than 80?
