new pixory installation

Hi!

i had to reinstall my server pc, i had pixory already running with a blank 
installation. then i wanted to move my backed-up configuration (i have loads 
of users and shares...) to the fresh installation. i copied the backup to the 
~/.pixory/data directory, the tomcat was down during this.
but after restarting and calling the pixory url i only receive the standard 
error screen that pixory couldn't process my request.
the pixory log file is nearly blank:

/*C1*/SET AUTOCOMMIT FALSE
/*C2*/SET AUTOCOMMIT FALSE

the catalina log file shows no sign of an error, except a timeout of the 
mod_jk apache plugin.
the configuration file of pixory has not changed, the database file of course.
has anybody an idea what has gone wrong?
