Scaled image quality?

Hi Joe,

I noticed that if I set the scaled images attribute to "optimize for
quality" the size of the images are smaller than for the "optimize
for speed".

I thought that the speed setting would result in smaller pictures, so
that the download time for the modem user watching the album becomes
shorter. That is, the JPG compression is higher for the speed setting.

But this does not seem to be the case? Is this an error, or have I
misunderstood the meaning of the speed/quality setting?

BR
