Thanks for implementing the filenames so quickly!
 
As for the hierarchy… I recall you and I had a good discussion on this a
few months back, so I would just ask that you refer to that for my
feelings on it, but to some them up… while hierarchical organization has
glaring flaws when compared to relational DB organization, it is the
current standard and what people know… ideally Pixory should give users
the option to choose how they want to organize their photos… being able
to compare the pros and cons of both organization schemes will only make
the massive advantages of relational DB organization more obvious :-)
 
I am still curious as to when we might be seeing full functionality of
folder with sub folders and pictures in them… so long as the DB
functionality is not there, missing the sub folder functionality is
quite a nuisance!  And would still be even with DB functionality IMHO.
It is little things like this that can turn people off to your program
prematurely… think of it as marketing!

Your suggestion for the filenames in the Album pages sounds very

Yes, I'll use a checkbox for the cascading feature.

I'm not yet fully committed to the idea of hierarchical albums-- I
still have to think about it a little more. Unlike cascading
attributes, hierarchical albums will require a redesign of the
top-level navigation of "Viewer" pages. I haven't yet thought through
how to achieve this without confusing the viewer (allowing them to get
lost). So this feature is somewhere further out on my todo list, but
not entirely off the radar screen.
