Marco, By default, Pixory runs a background process that creates thumbnails for all of your images. This process has a very low priority and will temporarily suspend itself when there is activity in the Pixory application. When this process is running, it could send cpu usage to 100%. In theory, it should be running at low priority so that other applications are still responsive. If you don't like this behaviour, you can turn it off on the Advanced Configuration page with the "background thumbnailing" checkbox. Pixory normally uses about 65-75 MB of memory when doing heavy thumbnailing. I haven't seen the number go near 100MB. You should carefully check exactly what the precise numbers are in your case (in the task manager, for instance). regards, joe --- Marco Tedone <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, I'm running Windows XP SP1 and JDK 1.4.+.
