But that does not work, at least not for me. A jar is not an executable that can be put in the startup folders or HKLM keys. I just get bad command error when I try it. I guess I could write a batch file? We do need a ay to start it without the intervention required that stating the browser causes. Since you need to intervene anyhow the use of the startup is not that much of an advantage , except it does make sure that you do not forget. I donÂ’t think you are missing anything, you have to start Pixory via the jar file everytime you start your computer. This starts the Pixory server, until that is running you can not access from the browser, I have put a shortcut to the jar in my startmenu startup folder for it starts automatically. The jar file automatically opens your default browser though. Just make sure you are starting Pixory.jar Joe, is there a way to have Pixory start automatically on startup without have it open the browser? What might I be missing here?
