Gil,

Make sure that the Pixory process is not running. On windows, check
the TaskManager and zap all java/javaw processes. Then try a restart
by double clicking on the jar.

If that doesn't work, kill all java/javaw process and then open a
command prompt. Go to the directory that contains the pixory.jar
files. Delete all of the files in the /log directory. Then start
pixory in the command prompt with "java -jar pixory.jar". You should
see some kind of error indication in either the command window or in
the newly created log file. Post anything interesting to this list.
