No this cannot be done with the current version of Pixory. The basic
issue is that Pixory currently does not authenticate "Viewers" (what
you call external users). Allowing unauthenticated users to upload
pictures is, in my opinion, a invitation for DOS attacks. Therefore,
Pixory will not support this feature before Viewer authentication is
supported. Viewer authentication is at the very top of my to-do list
and will appear in one of the next two releases.
