Correct, this is not currently possible-- but I'm working on this
feature right now. However, the current Pixory sharing method via
email invites _effectively_ provides private album access, even though
the album isn't password protected. 

Each albumm in Pixory has a _static_, _permanent_, identification
string (ID). This ID is a randomly generated, quite long (32
characters) string of characters. It is effectively impossible to
guess. When you send out an email album invite, the link in the html
email, back to the pixory album, is a static URL that indicates a
particular album by it's album ID. For instance, the URL to a
hypothetical album would look like this:

http://77.77.77.77:8081/pixory/pxapplication?service=external&context=Album=
Index&sp=S402880e3f1d355a900f1d356ede30002&sp=0

where the string 'S402880e3f1d355a900f1d356ede30002' is the Album ID.

Even though the album is not marked public, anyone can still access it
with this URL. But since the Album ID is a randomly generated large
number, the album is effectively hidden to anyone who has not been
sent the URL by an email invite. Security through extreme obscurity.

But I know that many people will have more peace of mind if albums are
password protected, so that is the next major feature on the agenda.
