Gil, Just a couple of thoughts before we up the ante here. Can you send smtp based email (not webmail) from the Pixory machine using a standard smtp mail client, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape mail, etc. This would of course have to be through the same smtp server (charter) that you assigned in Pixory. Are you certain that your virus scanning software isn't somehow interfering with mail dispatch?
