Gil, A couple of discoveries. 1) the log you posted fails a basic sanity test. The DEBUGging lines you posted cannot appear without having been preceded by other DEBUGgin lines from the new release that I just uploaded. So I believe that you are inadvertently still running the old release. The way to tell is to open the "about pixory" panel, a link in the lower right corner of any pixory page, and look at the build date. The build date for the original 3.3 release was 12/15. The build date for the special release was 12/20. Most likely, your launch scripts are somehow still finding the old version somewhere. 2) I understand now why the special SMTP debuggin statements are not showing up in your log files. In geek-speak, the normal Pixory debugging statements go to stdout, but the special JavaMail SMTP debugging statements go to stderr. The solution is to run Pixory by hand, just for the sake of this debugging exercise. Open a Windows Command Prompt (cmd.exe). "cd" to the directory that contains the new pixory.jar file. Run "java -jar pixory.jar". If the browser doesn't autolaunch, then open by hand onto running Pixory application. Send an invite. You'll see the SMTP debug statements appear in the Command Prompt window.
