Joe,
Definitely the date of the picture, not of the updates. When my family
logs onto my web site, I want some kind of indicator to show them to
check certain albums for updates. Right now I'm doing it through
invitations. However, some kind of indicator would be great.
Maybe a one line header at the top of the page such as:
*Most Recently Updated Albums:*
Adam's 12th Birthday
<http://www.mikeandkellycrowe.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PostWrap&file=index&page=album>,
Pets
<http://www.mikeandkellycrowe.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=PostWrap&file=index&page=album>
Here's my suggestion:
1. Have a configuration option asking for the maximum number of
updated albums to display (maxUpdateAlbums)
2. Maintain an array of album names and most recent album additions
(picture date)
3. Sort array by descending date
4. Output maxUpdateAlbum titles formatted as above
However, these are just suggestions. ;) Use as you feel best.
