Yep, it's a bug associated with the upload tool. I've added this to
the bug list. I don't think there is any workaround on your end, but
should be fairly easy to fix on my end.

In the single "Album Page" view if you click on the image, the full
size (original) image pops out in another window. The user can right
click on that image and "save as". You've made a good point though--
it would cretainly be easier if there was a "download" button at the
single image level.
