Is there any way to allow tagging and download of some photos ?

Sorry if this is a FAQ , I read the Faq and did'nt see it...
Is there any way to allow tagging and download of some photos ? I know
ftp is availible for the owner of an album , but users seem only to be
able to DL the whole album. This seems like an obvios feature for
pixory . Many folks still use modems and would like to select images
to be DL from a menu of thumbnails. Am I missing this feature somewhere ?
Pixory is a great programme , I am using it on linux with Java ;
j2re1.4.2_05 works fine.
