Tomcat:

Tomcat is running fine, I'm running a fop servlet under it with no
problems.  The unpacking of war files also works fine, that's how I
deployed the fop servlet.  After copying pixory.war to
/usr/share/tomcat5/webapps, a pixory directory was automatically
created in that directory, with the following structure:

pixory/META-INF
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/classes
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/components
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/net
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/pages/composer
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/pages/viewer
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/pages
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication/validation
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory/pxapplication
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org/pixory
pixory/WEB-INF/classes/org
pixory/WEB-INF/classes
pixory/WEB-INF/lib

The problem doesn't appear to be with Tomcat, from the logfile I
included with my last post, the problem appears to be with Pixory
trying to open a file that doesn't exist:

java.sql.SQLException: File input/output error:
/usr/share/tomcat5/.pixory/data/pixory.properties
java.io.FileNotFoundException:
/usr/share/tomcat5/.pixory/data/pixory.properties (No such file or
directory)

That said, this may be a harmless error, and something else may be
causing the crash.
