AW: beta-3.12 now available

Hi Joe,

great, nice first try !!! 

In many places words are starting with small letters, where we use
capitals in German, like "Benutzername" and "Passwort".
Was there a problem with Ascii-UTF8 conversion of my editor or did you
change the case?

In the next days I will send you the corrections for the translated
text, based on version 3.12.
Perhaps it might be a good idea that I first have a short look at the
next version before you make the localized version public available.

localizations should be relatively easy. If you would like Pixory
