AW: beta-3.12 now available

Hi Joe,

please find my actual german localization package attached, together
with a "german" war-file for pxapplication.

First I wondered why I could not simply exchange the localized xml files
in your war file. When I did, I could not start pixory.. Then I learned
that my editor puts 2 additional bytes at the beginning of your xml
files when I edit them...

So I did the first translation again with Eclipse and wrote a small ant
build.xml to automate the warfile creation a little bit more... ;-) Now
it works for me. To make sure it's ok, please check if you could compile
with the included xml files and if the attached pxapplication.war is
running on your side too.

After your feedback I'll go ahead...

Bye the way: Where I can find PXImageMetaData_de.properties.xml in
pixory? Is it compiled in some other file?

Also, Pixory has been fully internationalized (i18n), so future
localizations should be relatively easy. If you would like Pixory
localized for your native language, please volunteer to translate some
text.
