Hanoz,

Looks like you found a bug. Somewhere along the line
Pixory became unable to deal with the "Image Root"
being an album, rather than the parent of albums. So
do this.

delete c:\Photos completely. Now create
c:\Photos\MyAlbum. Put the two photos in MyAlbum. Now
restart Pixory. Should work. Let me know how you make
out.
