Not exactly, see below for my file entry:

<!-- set this to 'debug' in order to see http requests -->
<category name="org.pixory.pxjetty.PXRequestLog" additivity="false">
<priority value="debug"/>
<appender-ref ref="file" />
</category>


Note that I am still running 2.12 (until there is a version with
hierarchical albums), don't know how this works for later
versions...
