Ronald, > 1: The new dropdownbox in the album context uses a huge font. This > looks nasty IMHO Could you upload a screenshot? I only test against FireFox these days, since IE on the Mac behaves so differently from that on Windows. I'm relying on users to point out where the UI breaks down in IE ;) > 2: (all versions) Changes need to be saved. But when I choose a album The basic thinking behind these design choices was that: a) Page Text page has few fields (2, of which only 1 is typically used) and is updated frequently (many times/album). b) Attributes/Flow/Configuration/etc pages have many fields and are updated infrequently. So I try to make the Page Text updates require as few clicks as possible so that the user can quickly add text to many pages. On the other hand, Configuration type pages apply all of their changes at once (when you press the save button) rather than automagically applying the changes to each field individually, especially since some of the fields can fail validation. But from the get-go I worried that users would find this inconsistency "odd". I'm not wedded to the current implementation. If a few users feel strongly that all updates should work only one way or the other, then I can change it. Hierarchies and movies are a bit down the road. I'm working on some changes to the file storage system that will make these features much easier to implement in the future. regards, joe --- In [email protected], "rpu43" <rpu43@y...> wrote: > > Joe, > > Just some feedback on the 0.5.3 version and perhaps all 0.5.x since i > was satisfied with the pre sourceforge release ;-) > > I had some problems recently (which where caused by some stupid > mistakes of myself) which made me upgrade. > > Before the feedback: I am still hugely satisfied with Pixory for home > and friends use.
