Ron,

I've never seen this behaviour without the use of the back button. Nor
has anyone else reported it. However, if you are accidentally (or
subconciously) using the back button, you are seeing exactly what I
would expect. Otherwise, you will have to come up with a reproducible
error case before I can do anything.
