Dwight,

As part of the Pixory distribution, there is a "log" directory. In
there is a file named log.configuration.xml. In that file is a stanza
that looks like this:

	<category name="org.pixory" additivity="false">
		<priority value="info" />
		<appender-ref ref="file" />
	</category>

Using a plain text editor, change "info" to "debug", and then restart
Pixory.

Logging output goes to a file name "pixory.log" in that same "log"
directory. After you encounter the error message, please post your
pixory.log file to this mailing list.

regards,

joe
