WAN initialization??

I just setup pixory 0.5.3 on my home machine and got all my albums
loaded, then I tried to install on my ISP's server for a live site and
I get the following error when going to pxapplication or
pxapplication?service=BasicConfiguration or anything else.

Erro:
 WAN initialization is not allowed by the current Pixory
configuration. Please consult the FAQ for instructions on how to
enable this.

I didn't see anything in the FAQ or other documents that describe what
to do to fix this.  Also tried searching the archives of this group
but didn't find anything - 

Can anyone help me with this?
