Multiple Pixory instance

Hi Joe

I have two pixory site currently hosted on 2 different computers but I 
would dearly like to host them on the same computer.  

At the moment the two sites are on the same network with one site using 
port 8081 and the other port 8091 so that the router can route 
correctly. I have tried to have both sets working on the same computer 
but it would seem that the configuration file is held in a common 
directory so it cannot recognise the second site.  Is there any way of 
making pixory do this? It would be a great help.
