Perhaps, though I've never tried it. Pixory stores all configuration
information in locations that are tied to a "user account" on the
operating system. So on windows, the configuration is stored in 2 places:

1) in the registry, under the CURRENT_USER.

2) in an hsqldb database, under the "home directory" of the user.

Both of these locations should be unique for each user account (the
user you logged in as). So if you employ different user accounts, each
should be able to have its own Pixory installation.

The same applies to Linux or "OS X", but instead of the registry the
values are stored in a file somewhere.
