Pixory is unable to service your request right now

Hi there,

 

I was used to work with pixory with my old windows2000 system and it worked
fine.

But now I graded up to windows xp and do have the following problem:

Mostly when I click on one of my albums I got the message : Pixory is unable
to service your request right now. To start again, click here.

When I clicked there I am sent to a browser screen with my published albums
(nothing in there) and there I can click on a button to go to the login
again. 

It is possible to login, but then the same problem occurs also. When I try
to work with the browers backwards button after the error message, I got the
named message also with other pixory functions, like the configuration
menue.

And to make it very strange, sometimes - and I have no idea, what I did
different then - it works, even with the same albums.

 

I saw, that this problem was named in some postings before, but there it
could be fixed with changing the Java Version from 5.0 to 1.4.x..but I am
using J2SE Version 1.4.2_05 (Build 1.4.2_05-b04), so for me this could not
be the reason, could it? An if it is the reason, where I can get old Java
Version - at the Java side, they just offer 5.0.

 

Do you have any idea, what I should do or what it could be?
