cacheHighMark integer size too small (cannot assign <~2GB of memory)

I try giving polipo 2GiB of memory (accidentally, stupid calculator) to play
with, but polipo -c config -v shows the default value for that variable. Not
an issue for me, but some people might run into it.

The value is between 2100000000 and 2147483648. Running on Windows x86_64
here. I think 64-bit versions of Windows assign 3GB for a 32-bit program's
address space, or am I thinking of 36-bit/PAE?

Also, any possibility of a 64-bit version? I'll try and compile a 64-bit
version once I have a compiler set up, but I was just curious.
