Yep, I'm aware of that.
I am unfortunately completely unable to help debugging this -- as
I mentioned, I haven't used Windows (except in virtualisation in order
to test software) since version 3.11. (It had TrueType fonts!)
Phobos, could you please write a FAQ entry I can point people to?
