I don't want to turn every 1.1 request into 1.0. I only want polipo to keep
1.0 like reply as 1.0 like to the client. Especially not upgrading
"Connection: close" to "chunled encoding and keep-a-live"

I am attaching a patch in thread " A number of suggestions"  as I have a
number of changes in my code.
