I am afraid I do not understand this comment.

If dnsUseGethostbyname is "yes" or "true" then Tor resolves all DNS queries.

If dnsUseGethostbyname is "reluctantly" or "false" then is there any DNS 
leakage or in either / both of these cases does Tor still do the DNS 
resolution?
