In case you know your radio station's url you can bypass it via regular expressions by adding a forwarding rule. Thus the request won't go through polipo but through privoxy itself. The rule above temporarily does that for a radio something.com:80 or something.net:80. My intention wasn't to document myself on the ins and outs of privoxy (hence the AFAIK), nor to stir up hard feelings, but to offer a workaround for anybody looking for a quick way to bypass polipo and listen to a radio-station as the OP requested.
