trigger reload of forbidden url via web ui?

Hello,

I'm experimenting with polipo as an anti-procrastenation device.
I would like to be able to reload the forbidden url file easily on a
stock Fedora install of polipo. To avoid sending a signal to a process
owned by another user I would like to reload the forbidden file via the
web ui, but it seemed a little flaky.

Which is the best way to do this? Should I giving up on using the distro
packaging?
