That's only supported on FreeBSD.  On Linux, you need to make the change
globally to your system:

  sysctl net.ipv6.conf.all.use_tempaddr=2

(The documentation doesn't mention which options are Linux-specific, and
which are BSD-specific, since it'd be a lot of work to track down the
exact list and keep it up-to-date.)
