Polipo prints a URL.  The redirector should either return a blank line,
meaning that this URL should not be redirected, or else should print
the URL to redirect to.

  the kind of redirection generated is specified by `redirectorRedirectCode',
  which should be 302 (the default) or 301.

The default value should be fine, unless you're doing weird things with
chained proxies.
