Re: limiting disk usage

I'm not sure if a real solution exists.
But a possible workaround may be to run "polipo -x" in regular intervals (e.g. using a
cron job). 

>From the man page: 

-x
    Purge the on-disk cache and exit.

"Purging" the cache means that expired files are deleted, so this will free some amount of
disk space.

I remember reading in the manual that it's not necessary to stop the polipo daemon while
doing this.
