Access-Control-Allow-Origin issue

Hi All,

My name is Koh. I would like to ask you about my facing issue.

I have noticed this issue by using new Flickr file upload from here.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/upload/

Once I added any photo to upload here. Flickr reported error as below.

http://up.flickr.com/services/upload/Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 501 (Method not implemented)
XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://up.flickr.com/services/upload/. Origin http://www.flickr.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

Even I used Uncache.conf as blow 
l\.yimg\.com
flickr\.com

Still this issue is happening.
I'm guessing some header information has lost by polipo.

If you have any advice, please help me.
Or is this known issue?
