 curl -d "clientTimeout=3m" http://localhost:8123/polipo/config

works as expected.

(But the fact that curl -F fails indicates improper error handling in polipo, as
detailed in my previous email - the hang is caused by polipo failing to parse
the variable, and then not closing the connection properly in
httpSpecialDoSideFinish.)
