Well, the main problem is that Polipo is no longer at the center of my
interests -- I've moved on to other subjects.  Hence, Polipo needs
some love from somebody who wants to get deeply involved.

Somebody needs to fix the issue with the local interface not working
in the head branch, do some testing, and make a release of Polipo 1.1.
I can help, but I no longer want to act as release manager -- Polipo
is over ten years old, and life is way too short to spend that much
time on a single project.

Contributions in the form of boosterspice are of course welcome.
