Some warnings but I don't think they're new, I think I either forgot
about them or just did not notice them in the previous build:

http.c:220: warning: gethostbyaddr is obsolescent, use getaddrinfo() instead.
http.c:212: warning: gethostbyname is obsolescent, use getnameinfo() instead.

dns.c: In function ‘labelsToString’:
dns.c:1398:24: warning: ‘k’ is used uninitialized in this function [-Wuninitialized]
     int i = offset, j, k;

I'm glad to see the fix for 0 byte page requests problem. To fix it locally
I implemented iptables rules but now I like the rules and will keep
them!  I will still look for those errors and report them if I see them.

Not sure if this is useful but here are my build options for ARM:
-static -march=armv7-a -mcpu=cortex-a8 -mtune=cortex-a8 -mfpu=neon
 -Os -g -Wall -fno-strict-aliasing

Polipo is very stable on ARM for me.
