You might want to take a look at my github repository as it incorporates uncommitted patches, mainly from the mailing list and various forks on github. In the case of patches sourced from the mailing list I've included a url link to the source message/topic in the commit message for reference.

I cannot vouch for the correctness of these patches, but note that I had to revert three commits to make way for three of your recent ones which were almost the same.
